Cheryl and I have known Ev Winningham and Kimberleigh King for almost two decades now. We began using them as our preferred real estate agents in the mid-nineties when we decided to buy property and build a custom home. They were wonderful during that process and stayed with us until our home was completed. Over the years, we have used Ev and Kimberleigh to sell multiple homes, vacation homes, and apartment building and vacant land.
